According to authorities, officers responded to a residence in Los Angeles County after reports of an unresponsive man. Upon arrival, they found Wherrett, who was later pronounced dead at the scene. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner has officially identified him, though the cause and manner of death have not yet been determined.
